Here is the cover for the albumn Grand Prix from a Belgian music group known as Vive le Fete. The female lead singer of this group is named Els Pynoo. Apparently in most concerts she perfoms in fishnets (unfortunately sometimes the fishnets are toeless) and shoelesssmile
There are some videos in You Tube of the group.
