On another site I saw a picture of Katy Perry on stage in Colonge Germany in her hosed feet. So I took a search on youtube and I found this.

I love the sceen of her padding around the stage nylon footed.  I remember long time ago Cindy Lauper did that regularly and also Susane Hoffs from The Bangles.
