I was hoping to come across this pantyhosed feet and leg scene again, and sure enough... I FOUND IT!!! I haven't seen it since I was in the 6th grade! It's a scene from "Dallas" entitled "Black Market Baby" (season 2, episode 5). J.R. (Larry Hagman) pulls Sue Ellen (Linda Gray) towards the bed with him. As they both proceed to kiss, they is a nice but short shot of Linda's suntan hosed feet and legs kicking about at the 1:27 mark of the video.
I'll say it again, YouTube is truly a time machine... though it has it's quirks at times.
