For those of yoiu that Tivo'd the M and J show, check out the last second of the show. Mike and Juliet always go out and stand in front of the audience at the end. This time, as they panned away the got just to the bottom of Juliets feet and I think it was obvious that she had her right shoe off as you can see it turned our and you can clearly see the other shoe on. Plus the way she was standing, she had that lean and bend of the other leg that looked as if 1 shoe was off (yes I study this stuff for my benefit) You really had to have tivo'd it in order to slow it down!
